This is a people, communities, inter-personal or communities based events and programs for grassroots, poor, needy, vulnerable, underprivileged, marginalized, minority and deprived people, groups and communities.
Often it is said that healthy minds resides in healthy bodies. And drawing lessons from this, the Social Enterprise (SE), KRA INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS LTD. (Krinsol Ecotours) is determined and will strive to provide a formidable platform for people or groups especially Persons with Special Needs, Disabilities or Physically Challenged, Children, Seniors and the Youth to engage in regular productive social, intercultural, diversity management and economic activities to free them from boredom and idleness which has the potential to influence and tilt especially the youth towards anti-social, cultural and economic behaviors such as crime, violence, drug/substance abuse, prostitution, alcoholism etc.
In line with the spirit, significance, true meaning and values of humanitarian and social good, impact investing or making, the aim of this event is to show love, compassion, affection, solidarity, sympathy, emotional attachment, passions and commitment to the plight of Persons with Special Needs, Disabilities or Physically Challenged, Seniors, Children and the Youth.
It is also to fester a sense of belonging among such critical, but unfortunately, poor, needy, vulnerable, deprived, underprivileged, marginalized, minority and often taken for granted group or community.
The ultimate goal of these programs or events is to provide the much needed, but often neglected compassion, love, relief, care and attention to Persons Special Needs, with Disabilities or Physically Challenged, Children, Seniors and the Youth through donations, provision of free food, drinks, social, cultural, arts, educational, music, entertainment, sports, leisure, sightseeing, excursions, outdoor and recreational, healthy, active and sustainable living and lifestyles events, activities, programs and sensitization.
Further, it is also to help people who find themselves in this community to celebrate, exchange ideas, share personal experiences, stories and achievements, build personal, career/professional, business, entrepreneurial and community links, contacts and networks, enjoy companionship, ease and comfort on these special days.
These events, programs and activities will also be used as a formidable public relations, storytelling, education, information dissemination, awareness creation and sensitization platform to illuminate and highlight the tremendous challenges Persons with Special Needs, Disabilities or Physically Challenged face daily in accessing public and private spaces, amenities and facilities including tourist sites and attractions, whilst helping to activate and elevate enthusiasm and passions for domestic vacation, excursion, leisure, tourism, travel and hospitality activities, healthy, active and sustainable living and lifestyles.
"HUMANITARIAN ALIVE AND SOCIAL FIESTA" also strives to establish strong bonds of friendship, understanding, acceptance and solidarity between the diverse people, communities, ethnic and religious groups within Ghana. We believe this will significantly help in breaking or eliminating entrenched societal and cultural beliefs, norms and practices, glass ceilings, uncomplimentary prejudices and stereotypes which often leads to isolation, tensions and mistrusts. Implicitly, this can contribute significantly to prevent potential communal, interpersonal, ethnic, religious and other conflicts and violence. This in the long run, facilitate in leveraging peaceful-coexistence, harmony and sustainable development.
Activities to be staged under these events include and not limited to those lighted below:
- Free food, drinks, donations, social, intercultural, diversity, arts, educational, music, entertainment, sports, leisure, sightseeing, excursions, outdoor and recreational, healthy, active and sustainable living and lifestyles events, activities, programs and sensitization
- Exhibition, artistic expressions and performance, musical show, concert, drama and theatre, comedy, film/movie, traditional cultural performances, food bazaar, personal, career/professional, business and entrepreneurial, products development, accounting, marketing, online and digital competencies development public education, information dissemination outreach and awareness creation
- Seniors (65+)
- Youth/Student (in Junior/Senior High School)
- Persons with special needs, disabilities or physically challenged
- Children (up to 16 token fees paid by accompanying parents)
