Course Background

This course will offer participants the requisite education, training and capacity building on corruption and fraud detection, prevention and response actions.

It introduces a new frontier of methodological and systematic empowerment of the grassroots, students and youth, lower/mid-term corporate, public, civil and private sector professionals, employees and stakeholders to lead the fight against corruption and fraud.

This Illuminate a significant paradigm shift from the traditional public, radio and television talk shows, lamentations, street protests and even violent overthrow of governments approach to dealing with corruption and fraud, which has proved to be ineffective and has not yielded the desired results.

Practically demonstrate your passions and commitments to the ideals of promoting, supporting and strengthening sustainable and equitable social, humanitarian, economic and democratic development, transparency, accountability, good governance, human rights, rule of law and justice, world peace, security and safety, which cannot be achieved under any environment where corruption and fraud thrives.

Corruption Impedes Development and Threatens our Collective Future

Objectives
  • To strategically advance the systematic development, continuous engagement and empowerment of the bottom of the societal pyramid, grassroots, ordinary citizens, public and private sector leadership and officials to guard against corruption, bribery and fraud, transparency, good governance and rule of law
  • To serve as a catalyst for relentless and highly integrated grassroots anti-corruption, bribery and fraud, transparency, good governance and rule of law outreach, public education and sensitization campaign to conscientize the citizenry and corporate entities to win the hearts and minds of especially grassroots or ordinary people, which Kra Integrated Solutions Ltd believes matter most if the fight against corruption, bribery and fraud is to be won whilst achieving enhanced good governance, transparency and rule of law 
  • To facilitate creating a sense of urgency and passions for policies formulation paradigm shift towards government, authorities and decision makers assuming greater political capacity and mastery to addressing the critical issues of transparency, good governance, rule of law, corruption, bribery and fraud, socio-cultural, economic and political concerns facing the youth, poor, vulnerable, marginalized, minorities and ordinary people. Delivering integrated, holistic, high leverage and applicable strategies, expanding capabilities, and elevating consciousness to change attitudes, mind-sets and paradigms for the effective and efficient prevention, protection, prosecution, guarding against and/or dealing with various dimensions and dynamics of human trafficking and migrants smuggling.

Objectives
  • Equip participants with the skills, knowledge and technical capabilities required for prevention activities
  • Serve as a platform, the basis of which to achieve a better appreciation of key challenges faced by the most affected populations
  • Provide participants the opportunity to learn about the critical push and pull factors of human trafficking and migrants smuggling
  • Provide the leverage for attendees to gain valuable insights into the dynamics and different dimensions of human trafficking and migrants smuggling
  • Facilitate participants gaining insights into the role that the tourism, travel and hospitality industry can play in curbing trafficking and smuggling of persons
  • Persuade, encourage and impress upon tourism, travel and hospitality companies, businesses, service providers and professionals, other corporate entities and stakeholders to integrate anti-human trafficking and migrants smuggling as a major corporate social, humanitarian and economic responsibility program
